Kate Middleton and Prince William watched their cousin, Zara Philips, compete in the London Olympics on Monday.
Zara Philips is the daughter of Princess Anne and granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II. Zara’s mother is the sister of Prince William’s dad, Prince Charles. She’s Prince William’s first cousin, Kate’s cousin-in-law, and an impressive Olympic competitor.
Prince Charles’ wife Camilla, and William and Harry’s other cousins Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, were also watching in the stands. William and Harry both wore polo shirts that said “Team GB,” for Great Britain.
Zara Philips rode her horse, High Kingdom, in a series of equestrian events, finishing in under 10 minutes.
Duchess Kate and her husband both wore conservative navy blue tones while they watched the games. They sat with a cadre of Zara’s other friends and fans, trying to blend in with the crowd.
Catherine, William and Harry have published a schedule of the games they will attend.
